Spring Refresh

4-Week Program

Celebrate the start of spring with me! Together we will embrace the season of renewal, directing our goals to encompass both a healthy body and mind. For 4 weeks, we will focus on exercising, staying hydrated, and reading for fun.

*Workouts are not prenatal or postpartum specific, but can be adjusted to fit your needs. Just reach out!*


  1. Sign up for your free Trainerize account. Set up your profile.

  2. The challenge starts on Monday, 3/24.

  3. You will have the opportunity to complete up to four tasks each day.

    • Walking

    • Strength workouts

    • Mobility sessions

    • Mindfulness

    • Staying hydrated with water

    • Reading/aduibooking for 10 minutes.

  4. You will earn one point for each task completed! You do not have to complete every single task. Points will earn you entries into a raffle for a $20 gift card of choice to Amazon, Target, or Starbucks!

  5. The point system looks like this:

    • 25 points= One raffle entry

    • 50 points = Two raffle entries

    • 75 points = Three raffle entries

  6. There will be a group chat in the Trainerize app for accountability and support!
